What do I need to know about my timecard?

Your Timecard will be useful only if your are required to clock. This feature is only accessible through the web app and it is not available on smartphone.

The timecard is your weekly schedule against your clock in/out to validate your shifts. It then calculates your weekly hours depending on your valid clocks and occurrences that may have occurred.

You can access 5 weeks worth of timecards. If there is any discrepancy with your payslip, you can then verify when something went wrong.

Why have I got a red clock while my shift has been validated?

The system flags your clock if you came too early at work or you left too late. Your shift is marked as worked but your timecard shows an anomaly which will be reviewed by the management,

Why this flag is used for?

Well, what if you have been asked to stay for overtime after your shift but this OT occurrence was not recorded to extend your shift length?

What if I have had the last break and clocked out before the end of my shift?

If your department uses the Break List, the system would know that you have had the last break. Therefore, if your clock out is within your last break, your full shift would be counted as worked.

What happens if I forget to clock in/out?

This would create an anomaly to be reviewed by management because your shift would not be counted as worked. You always need two clocks to validate your shift or 4 if you have a split shift.

There are all sort of different colours on my time card, what do they mean?

Each occurrence has its own colour code, so it is easier to read your timecard.
