Known bugs that we are currently fixing...
iOS swap shift feature does show shift time in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) format instead of the daylight saving time (UTC+1).
Example: If the shift you want to swap is a 11-21, it will show as 10-20. You can still accept swaps as it will show correctly in the schedule tab.

Android not affected.

Swap day off: This is a double swap over 2 days within the same week: Shift for day off < > Day off for Shift.
Sometime, one of the day is not fully updated resulting in one staff member having an extra shift and the other staff member having an extra day off.
Please, double check your schedule and if the issue is found contact your local manager. We will amend your schedule manually.

If you can't access the mobile platform, please, use the web based App. Ask your local Admin for the URL address.
