What is a Reserved Holiday?

If your company observes a specific bank holiday (e.g., Christmas Day on 25/12) and closes business, the app will automatically reserve a holiday for that bank holiday.
This Holiday can only be booked in by Management.

How to read my Holiday dashboard when the Reserved Holiday is used?

I have an overall Leave standing at 224 hours per year. However, I also have a 8 hours Reserved Holiday. The total Leave I can book through the App is 224 - 8 = 216 hours.

Example 1: The Reserved Holiday has not been booked in.

I have booked 144 hours throughout the year and my balance is 80 hours ( 224 - 144 = 80 ).

The balance of 80 is composed of 72 hours bookable through the App and 8 hours bookable by Management.

Example 2: The Reserved Holiday has been booked in.

I have booked 152 hours throughout the year and my balance is 72 hours ( 224 - 152 = 72 )

The balance of 72 hours are bookable through the App because Management also booked the Reserved Holiday.

Example 3: I have 8 hours remaining but the App won't let me book them.

I have booked 216 hours throughout the year and my balance is 8 hours ( 224 - 216 = 8 )

You can't book the remaining 8 hours because we have 8 hours Reserved Holiday which has not been booked in by Management yet.
