What are those notifications?

From time to time, Management needs to re-organise staff level. This could be achieved with two types of notifications.

Overtime.
Shift change.

When those notifications are available to you, you will receive a push notification and the notifications will be listed in your smartphone Notification tab.

How to deal with those notifications?

If you are interested, you can tap on "Accept". The Management will book you in and you will receive a confirmation.

If not interested, you can just ignore the notifications.

I received a notification but when opening my notification tab, it is empty.

There are several reasons when this scenario happens.

Management has deleted the notification for whatever reasons, so it will disappear from your list.
The notification has been already granted to someone else.
You are opening the notification tab too soon after receiving a push notification. There is a slight delay before the notification is seen on your notification tab.
