iPad Clock App messages

What are the messages display on the iPad Clock App.?



For each clock on the iPad Clock App, SMRT will inform you of the state of your clock.

Place your QR in front of the camera.
Ensure the QR code is visible in the middle of the mirror.
Stay still for two second for the camera lense to focus on your.
Once the camera recognise your QR code, it will display a message.

Management will set the acceptable time for a clock to be valid. This is called the Anomaly time period.
Let's say that you have a shift 14-22 and the anomaly time period is set to 60 minutes.

You attempted to clock before 12:00:00
Message: This clock falls outside the allowed period and won't be recorded. Please try again later or contact your line manager.

You attempted to clock between 12:00 and 12:59:59
Message: Early clock IN confirmed for [staff name]

You attempted to clock between 13:00:00 and 13:59:59
Message: Valid clock IN confirmed for [staff name]

You attempted to clock after 14:00:00
Message: Late clock IN confirmed for [staff name]

You attempted to clock before 22:00:00
Message: Early clock OUT confirmed for [staff name]

You attempted to clock between 22:00:00 and 22:59:59
Message: Valid clock OUT confirmed for [staff name]

You attempted to clock between 23:00:00 and 23:59:59
Message: Late clock OUT confirmed for [staff name]

You attempted to clock after 00:00:00
Message: This clock falls outside the allowed period and won't be recorded. Please try again later or contact your line manager.

What are the other messages you can see from the Ipad Clock App?



You attempted to clock IN twice within 5 minutes
Message: You have already clocked IN

You attempted to clock OUT twice
Message: You have already clocked out

You are not positioning the QR code correctly or you are staying still to the camera
Message: Not a valid PIN. If using a QR code, stay still for two seconds.
