How to see my holiday bookings and create a new request?
On the request page, you will see all your holiday requests and their status, but also the "Add Holiday Request" to create a new one.
How does this work?
You create a request which is sent to management. It is run through a set of different rules then granted or rejected. Your request always has a status:
- Awaiting approval or PendingThe request has not been checked yet.
- Booked in. The request has been granted and your calendar has been updated.
- Rejected. The request has been declined.
How to create a request on the web app?
- Click on Request.
- Select Holidays.
- Add Holiday request.
- Select date from.
- Select date to.
- Send request
What are those colours on this calendar?
We are always using the same colour code throughout the web and app.
- Grey: This is your day off and your holidays already booked.
- Blue: This is your working shift when Holidays are still available.
- Red: This is your working shift when Holidays are fully booked.
- Black: This is your working shift when management has blocked the day to not allow requests to be sent.
How to create a request on mobile app?
- Tap on Holiday.
- Tap on +
- Set dates
- Pick date from.
- Pick date to.
- Tap on Done
