How to read my schedule?

When opening your calendar on the web based application, you can see your shifts, working days, day off and all occurrences attached to your shift (Lateness, Holidays, Overtime and Absence). On your smartphone, information are displayed differently.

Published week

Your shift is shown in the calendar day header. When no shift is shown, then this particular week has not been published yet.

Working days and days off

When weeks are not published, the calendars shows your working days in blue and day off in grey.

Navigating through your calendar

The Next button will take you to the next month. This is perpetual and you could check when you are required to work in few months time, or even years.
The Previous button will take you to the previous month. You could verify what occurrences you had in the past.
The Today button takes you back to the current date.

Web based staff app calendar

Your mobile app shows your schedule differently.

You will only see the scheduled weeks and would not be able to go in the past or in the future.

The left column is the date.
The middle column is your regular scheduled shifts.
The right column is the occurrence type with its time that is attached to your shift. This could be Holiday, Lateness, Absences or additional working time (xHrs or TOIL). Note that if you have booked xHrs or TOIL on a day off, your working shift must be read from the right column.
