What information is shown in the OVERVIEW menu?

The "Overview" tab in DASHBOARD section provides the user with detailed information about occurrences that took place on a selected day.



Within the "Overview" tab, you will find metrics that provide insights to effectively manage and monitor your operations.


Dashboard / Overview

Absence - Number of absent employees (excl. sickness)
Holiday - Number of employees on holiday
Sickness - Number of sick staff
xHrs - Number of employees working extra hours
Lateness - Number of employees who have been late
Theoretic - Calculates the daily average of staff needed on holiday
Actual - Calculates the actual rate from start of business year to your selected date on the date picker
Target - Calculates the target number of staff on holiday till the end of the year from the selected date on the date picker

In this tab you can also find a breakdown of staff levels throughout a day





Staffing levels



Headcount graph - Green = Over staffed, Orange = On target, Red = Under staffed.
Additional graph (Variation) - Variation is the difference between your current staff level and your business requirements.
Optional graph - Other graph could be added to track specific skillset. Contact [email protected].


Underneath the graph, you will find three separate grids showing some important information broken down by job position.




Occurrence ratios


Schedule - Calculate the number of the scheduled hours over (+) or under (-) against your Business Requirements (BR), as well as the amount of extra hours taken to balance it off.
Absence - Number of paid and unpaid hours of absence.
BR - This is your current scheduling efficiency. If your graph is on target from opening to closing you would mark 100%. Each red bar would reduce the efficiency because you are understaffed within that period.
