What information is displayed in the Who's in menu?

In this article, we explain what information you can find in the Who's in page?



This page shows your staff who have a shift scheduled today. If they are required to clock, you would also see who has and who has not.


Who is on site at the local time.


This page will show your entire team, although there is a search engine to filter your search.
The Scheduled counts the staff who has clocked IN. If your staff is not required to clock, the system will consider that all staff is on site.
The scheduled count is updated every 15 minutes.


Depending on your settings, you could have received an alert when a staff did not clock IN for a scheduled shift.
