What information is displayed in the Insight menu?

In this article, we explain what information you can find in the Insight menu?



The Insight page




  1. Select the date at which you want to display the Insight metrics.
  2. The FTE trend represents the fluctuation of your Full Time Equivalent over a one year period.
  3. The Positions-Grades is a break down of your grades proportion by numbers.
  4. FTE is a break down of your Full Time / Part Time per job positions.
  5. Headcount is a break down of your Full Time / Part Time per job positions.
  6. The other graph(s) is a break down of your tracked skills for your business requirements.



You may have created some other skills but if they are not critical, they won't show up in this page.
