The Positions Colour Code in the Split View.

Each position works the same way on the Split View and below what the colour code means for the user?

Each cell background colour indicates a specific information about your Break List.

Left grid. Staff coming from BRK or starting their shift.

Scenario 1: Staff C starting a shift but has not clocked in (red background). Staff C not assigned a position for the next interval.

Scenario 2: Staff C starting a shift and has clocked in (white background). Staff C not assigned a position for the next interval.

Scenario 3: Staff C starting a shift and has clocked in. Staff C assigned the AR02 position for the next interval.

Scenario 4: Staff C coming back from Break. Staff C assigned the AR02 position for the next interval.

Scenario 5: Staff C given the last Break before the end of shift.

Scenario 6: Staff C given a double Break.

Scenario 7: Staff C assigned the AR02 position, but that position is already taken by another Staff. We have a duplicate position which needs to be updated.

Left grid colour position

Left grid. Staff coming from BRK or starting their shift.

Scenario 1: Staff C is staying on the same position from the current interval to the next interval.

Scenario 2: Staff C is sent to Break on the next interval. The grey background means that another Staff is sent to AR02.

Scenario 3: Staff C is moved from AR02 to BJ01 (Double move). The grey background means that another Staff is sent to AR02.

Scenario 4: Staff C is sent to Break on the next interval, but no replacement is sent to AR02. This means that the position AR02 will be closed on the next interval.

Scenario 5: Staff C is kept on the position AR02, but someone else is also sent to AR02 on the next interval. We have a duplicate position which needs an update.

Scenario 6: Staff C is finishing a shift and is being replaced on AR02 (grey background).
