What are the roles and permissions available to access SMRT?
Manager Level 1:
One site | Multi departments | No setting access except for the Break List if used.
- Absence metrics and the Staff level
- Search for any occurrence (read only)
- Create xHrs on the day only
- View who's on shift and Staff clock
- View schedules (read only)
- Access to Break List if used
- Access to SMRT Knowledge
Manager Level 2:
One site | Multi departments | No setting access except for the Break List if used.
- Absence metrics and the Staff level
- Search for any occurrence (read only)
- Create any occurrence type on the day only
- View who's on shift and Staff clock
- View schedules (read only)
- Access to Break List if used
- Access to SMRT Knowledge
Manager Level 3:
One site | Multi departments | No setting access except for the Break List if used
- Absence metrics and the Staff level
- Search for any occurrence
- Create any occurrence type
- View who's on shift and Staff clock
- Access to Staff profile, details, calendar, contracts, skills, link and rota special
- Allow to create new staff and reset their password
- Access to occurrence summary
- Access to disciplinary if used
- Access to timecards, anomaly and clocks
- Create xHrs and shift change requests
- No Access to Holiday management
- Manage staff swap requests
- View schedules and update shift if necessary, but no schedule builder nor schedule publishing
- View staff level for the next 6 months
- View the Team balance
- Access to Break List if used
- Access to SMRT Knowledge

- Manager Level 3
- Schedule building, publishing, historical trending if used
- Holiday Management
Site Admin:
One site - Multi departments - Full setting access
