How to re-activate a former staff?


We need to find the former staff member in the system that you want to re-activate and we will associate a new contract/rotation to that returning staff.


  • 1 Click on Team.
  • 2 Click on Search.
  • 3 On status check, select former.
  • 4 Click search.


The system will return a list of former contracts from your department. To access a staff member profile, click on the hyperlink "name".




Former Staff List


  • 5 Go to contract.
  • 6 Add new contract.
  • 7 Fill in the form with the appropriate data.
  • 8 Save.


Your returning staff member is now active from the last contract starting date.
