When creating a new position, you may well want to be able to see this new position on your floor view.

1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on the Design icon.

This will open a new page with your floor sectioned into a grid. Each section could be left empty, or you can assign a position.

3. Click the drop down list from the section you want to add your new position.
4. All your existing positions will be selectable.
5. Select the new position to add to the floor view
