How SMRT notifies Management for the Staff clocking state?
SMRT can alert Management of various Staff Clock breaches.
In department settings, click on Rules / Notification. You have access to a list of email alert to be sent to management. Only managers on shift will receive those alerts.
If left unticked, no alerts will be sent out.
- Enable No Clock IN Alert Emails
Send an email notifying management that a staff did not clock IN for their shift.
- Enable Late Clock IN Alert Emails
Send an email notifying management that a staff clocked after the start of their shift.
- Enable Early Clock OUT Alert Emails
Send an email notifying management that a staff clocked before the end of their shift.
- Enable Late Clock OUT Alert Emails
Send an email notifying management that a staff clocked within twice the anomaly period after their shift ends.
- Enable Missing Clock OUT Alert Emails
Send an email notifying management that a staff did not clock once twice the anomaly time period lapsed.
- Enable Early Clock IN Alert Emails
Send an email notifying management that a staff clocked within twice the anomaly time period from the start of their shift.
- Enable Clock IN Reminder Notification
Send a notification push to staff on their mobile phone to not forget to Clock IN. This is sent 5 minutes before Shift start time.
- Enable Clock OUT Reminder Notification
Send a notification push to staff on their mobile phone to not forget to Clock OUT. This is sent 5 minutes before Shift end time.
- Enable Holiday availability on Next Day
Send a notification push to staff on their mobile phone to alert them that a Holiday is available for their tomorrow shift. This is sent at 17:00 the day before if Staff still have a Holiday balance to cover their shift.
